Delivery coverage
GCC Bookshop delivers physical book orders across India. Delivery availability can depend on the serviceability of the address and PIN Code provided at checkout.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free for all eligible orders. The shipping charge shown at checkout is ₹0 unless we communicate a different charge for an exceptional delivery situation before dispatch.
Dispatch timeline
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation. Working days do not include Sundays, public holidays or unexpected operational interruptions.
Estimated delivery timeline
The normal estimated delivery timeframe is 5–6 days from order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Remote locations, courier routing, weather, public holidays and other operational conditions can cause delay.
The estimated delivery date displayed on an order confirmation is provided to help you plan. It does not create a guarantee where delay is outside GCC Bookshop’s reasonable control.
Courier and delivery updates
Orders are sent through our manual Anjani Courier dispatch workflow. If a dispatch or tracking update is available, GCC Bookshop may share it manually through WhatsApp using the number provided at checkout.
Correct address is essential
Please enter a complete delivery address at checkout: House/Flat, building/street, area, village/city, taluka/district, state and a valid 6-digit PIN Code. GCC Bookshop cannot be responsible for delivery delay, return or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect customer details.
Delivery issues
If an order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number at help@gccbookshop.com or WhatsApp 9574305710. For a wrong or damaged book, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
