About GCC Bookshop

GCC Bookshop is an online store for competitive-exam books and related preparation material. We serve customers across India and provide order support through the contact details on this website.

Products, prices and availability

• Product images, titles, descriptions and prices are provided to help you choose the right book. Please review the product details before placing an order.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). We may correct an accidental pricing, stock or product-information error before dispatching an order.
• Products are subject to availability. A product marked Out of Stock cannot be purchased until stock is updated.
• Book editions, covers, printings or packaging may be updated by publishers. Product information will be updated by us where reasonably possible.

Orders and customer information

You must provide correct Name, Mobile Number, WhatsApp Number, Full Address with PIN Code and Email at checkout. GCC Bookshop is not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by an incomplete, incorrect or unreachable customer contact/address detail.

An order is subject to payment confirmation, stock availability and operational verification. We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp if clarification is needed to process an order.

Payment

Online payments are processed through the payment method or payment gateway made available at checkout. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and completing the authorised payment process. GCC Bookshop does not store complete card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

If you choose Manual UPI Verification, pay the exact order amount to the merchant QR or UPI ID displayed at checkout, then submit the successful-payment screenshot. Your order will remain on hold until the payment is manually verified by our team; submitting proof is not an automatic payment confirmation or dispatch confirmation. Please do not make a second payment while verification is pending. If payment cannot be verified, we may contact you using the details provided with the order.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free delivery across India. Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days, and the usual estimated delivery timeframe is 5–6 days from order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary because of location, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are prepared for manual Anjani Courier dispatch. Any available tracking or dispatch update may be shared manually through WhatsApp.

Cancellation, replacement and refund

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Returns for change of mind are not accepted. If you receive a wrong or damaged book, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear unboxing photo/video. Replacement is our primary resolution. Where a replacement is not possible and a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with checkout or payment systems, submit false order details, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce/store website content for commercial use without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when store processes, services or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
